How can I pay on the mobile App?
The payment methods we have available at the moment are:

Do you offer interest-free months?
Yes, you should check directly with your bank to apply the deferred payments to months as long as the amounts are within the range they set for each promotion.
How long does it take for my order to arrive?
In the metropolitan area, delivery is 2 to 3 business days. For the rest of the cities in the Republic, from 5 to 7 working days, as long as it is not considered an extended zone.
What courier services do you work with?
FedEx will deliver your package.
What if my ZIP code is considered an extended zone?
An extended zone is an area that is not frequently used in regular courier routes. It can be a very remote or distant location; therefore, your package will arrive at the FedEx shipping center closest to your address, where you will need to pick it up, and the delivery time may take a few more days.
Where can I request my waybill to track my order?
