Return Policy

If you wish to make a partial or total return of your order, you can do so within ten calendar days from the date of receipt. Returns made after ten days from the date of receipt will not be accepted.

Baby Creysi will only accept returns when the following requirements are met:

• For hygienic reasons, the return of underwear is not allowed.
• The Product must be returned in the same condition in which it was delivered and must be kept, as far as possible, in its original packaging and labeling.
• You may only return unworn, unwashed, and undamaged items with the original tags and in their original packaging.
• The shipment must be made using the same box or envelope in which the Product was initially shipped or in a similar format that guarantees the return in perfect condition.
• If the reason for the return is attributable to Baby Creysi (the Product is defective or is not what you had requested), the use of this service will be free of charge. If the reason is other (the Products were delivered correctly but are not to your liking), Baby Creysi will pay the cost of the Products except for the return shipping costs.

To make the return, you must complete the following steps:

• Order number
  • E-mail registered in your purchase
  • Photos of the products to be returned
  • Reason for the return

Once you have sent the above information, our customer service area will contact you to continue with the return process if you comply with the guidelines described above.

International returns

If you wish to return all or part of your order, you may do so within 30 calendar days from the date of receipt of your order. Returns made after 30 days from the date of receipt will not be accepted.

Fee

• The return package shipping cost will be deducted from the refund amount. This price may vary according to the weight, volume, and country of the returned package.
• Shipping costs, taxes, etc., are not refundable.
